To log in to your BDO Online account, you can use the web portal or the mobile application.
BDO Online Web Login
For personal banking via a web browser, visit the official BDO Online Website and click Log In.
- Step 1: Enter your User ID and Password.
- Step 2: Provide the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Step 3: Alternatively, if you do not have your phone, you may be able to answer a Security Question to gain access.
BDO Online Mobile App
The new BDO Online app is the recommended mobile experience for managing accounts and cards.
- Download: Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Login: Use your existing BDO Digital Banking or BDO Online credentials.
- Features: You can enable biometric login (fingerprint or face ID) for faster access.
Other Login Portals
- Business Banking: If you are a corporate user, use the Business Online Banking Login.
- BDO Network Bank: For Network Bank customers, use the Personal Online Banking portal.
- BDO Securities: Access your trading account through the Securities Login page.
How to check BDO account balance?
You can check your BDO account balance through several digital and physical channels:
- BDO Online App Recommended:
- Log in using your username and password or biometrics.
- Your account balance will be displayed on the home screen immediately after login.
- BDO Online Website:
- Go to the BDO Online Banking portal and log in.
- Enter your User ID, Password, and the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Once logged in, click on “Accounts” and then “My Accounts” to view your current and available balances.
- BDO ATMs:
- Insert your BDO Debit Card at any BDO ATM.
- Enter your PIN and select “Balance Inquiry”.
- Balance inquiries at BDO’s own ATMs are free of charge.
- You can also check your balance for free at ATMs in selected 7-Eleven stores.
- BDO on Messenger:
- Search for the official “BDO Unibank” page on Facebook Messenger.
- Tap “Get Started” and link your account using your Online Banking credentials to view your balance directly within the chat.
- Customer Service:
- Call the 24/7 BDO Customer Care hotline at (+632) 8631-8000 or (+632) 8888-0000.
- You will need to undergo a short verification process with an officer to retrieve your account details.
- SMS Banking (Smart Users):
- If you are a Smart subscriber with a BDO-linked SIM, you can use the Smart Menu > Mobile Banking > BDO > Balance.
How to activate BDO Online?
To activate your BDO Online account, the process depends on whether you have a deposit account (ATM/Savings) or a credit card.
For Deposit Accounts (ATM/Savings)
If you have an ATM or savings account, you must complete the activation at a physical BDO ATM.
- Enroll Online: Go to the BDO Online Banking page and click “Enroll Now”.
- Get Your Code: Complete the form and note the ATM Activation Code displayed on the acknowledgment page; this code will also be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- Visit an ATM: Go to any BDO ATM nationwide within 45 days.
- Activate: Insert your card and select Other Services > Activate Electronic Banking.
- Enter Code: Input your ATM Activation Code and then your PIN to complete the process.
- Activation Time: Your account is typically ready within one banking day after the ATM step.
For Credit Cards
Activation for credit cardholders is generally handled entirely online.
- Enroll Online: Visit the BDO website, select “Enroll Now,” and choose Credit Card from the dropdown menu.
- Verify via OTP: Select Personal Information and OTP as your activation mode.
- Enter OTP: Input the One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number.
- Automatic Activation: Once submitted, your online access is automatically activated and ready for immediate use.
For Overseas Customers
If you are abroad and cannot access a BDO ATM, you must still enroll online via the website. A BDO representative will then call you to verify your details and assist in activating your account manually.
