You can find your BPI savings account number through several digital and physical channels.
๐ฑ Using the BPI App
The quickest way is through the BPI Mobile App. [4]
- Log in to your account.
- The account number is typically displayed on the “My Accounts” dashboard.
- It appears directly under the account nickname (e.g., “Savings”) for each enrolled account.
๐ Using BPI Online (Web)
- Go to the BPI Online portal.
- Log in with your username and password.
- Your 10-digit or 12-digit account number will be listed on the main dashboard or “My Accounts” page.
๐ Bank Statements and Documents
- e-Statements: In the app or web browser, go to “More” > “My Statements” to download a PDF statement. Your account number is printed at the top.
- Passbook: If you have a passbook account, the number is printed on the inside of the front cover.
- ATM Receipt: You can perform a balance inquiry or mini-statement at any BPI ATM to get a printed receipt showing your account number.
๐ Note: The 16-digit number on your Debit Card is your card number, not your account number. You cannot use the card number for fund transfers. [16, 17, 18, 19]
If you have lost access to your online account and don’t have a passbook, you can:
- Call the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.
- Visit any BPI Branch with a valid ID for verification.
